We ask that you please select your products carefully at the time of purchase, as all LIGHT GALLERY products are made to order, just for you.

However, if you have any issues with a product you have purchased, please email info@lightgallery.com.au.

Let us know why you'd like to return your order, and we can work on organising a solution which may involve a free replacement order, a store credit or a refund.

There's no need to send anything back straight away. We will send you a confirmation email and sort out a solution.

All LIGHT GALLERY products are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer; however we request that you do not contact the manufacturer regarding issues/returns/exchanges.
